Savvy provides the following financial structure to incentivize agents to grow their own local market team specializing in Short Term Rental sales.
In the beginning an agent will typically specialize with buyer investors looking to acquire Short Term Rentals. Once you’re ready, your first assistant (transaction coordinator) comes on board.
Next, you hire either a buyer's agent or another assistant, and you move into the listing agent position. For second homes or homes that might make great vacation rentals, you have the best sales pitch ever. “I have all the buyers, and I can prove it!”.
Finally, you end up as the CEO of your own Short Term Rental specialist team dominating your local market.

A. Will I have to change brokerages?
No. We like to say we are "Broker agnostic". A team agreement will be in place that you share with your current brokerage and we can work alongside them.
B. How does it work if I already have my own team?
No problem! We have a team set up and the goal is to even help you build a team for your target market. Most importantly discuss that with Trish and together you can build what works for your current team and the Savvy Expansion team.

C. How does the branding work?
Savvy STR Agents has its own branding guidelines that our expansion agents must adhere to, including logos, color palettes, etc. But we will also incorporate your individual brokerage branding guidelines into any marketing materials. (Ex: joint logos that show "Powered by Savvy STR Agents" and "Brokered by eXp Realty").
D. What is a partnership vs. referral partner?
Partnership is where we partner together to make you the Savvy STR Agent for your market and we work together as a team and you get all the benefits of being a Savvy Expansion Partner.
Referral partner is when we refer or suggest that our investor use you and that is a one time % commission fee to us.
